I only had the time to listen to approx 12 minutes of the interview, but I found it highly insightful and meaningful. You fail to mention "lack of confidence", however, which can often hinder or impair performance. This is one of the main reasons why people like myself drink or smoke or take drugs, in other words to support or propel us to higher levels !!!!
